I Love a Good Mystery

“Mysteries”. Things hidden from the consciousness of mortals until God finds the right time and the right hearts for revelation.

Consider just seven:

The mystery of the Kingdom of God revealed in the parables. (Mark 3)

The mystery of the end of schism between Jew and Gentile in the forming of one new Body of faith. (Ephesians 3)

The mystery of the indwelling Christ. (Colossians 1)

The mystery of the incorruptible resurrection body. (1 Corinthians 15)

The mystery of the Rapture of the Church, “sleeping” and alive, at the call of Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 4)

The mystery of iniquity in the unfolding of spirit of Anti-Christ. (2 Thessalonians 2)

The mystery of godliness, in all of its facets, as revealed through the Gospels. (1 Timothy 3)
