Oh Son of Mine

Oh Son of mine

Let’s take that drive

And see the streets today.

And passing spots

Of memories glad

It takes the pain away.

The pain of age

And lovers gone

Confusion at my back.

But not right now

We’re doing life

And moving

Right on track.

And there’s the school

Your shyness tried

And there’s the Church

We prayed

And there’s the homestead

Still looks good

The place of joy

Love made.

Bit tired now

We best be off.

The Rest Home comes in view.

Monotony

But not today

For we had much to do.
