Amazing Power of Love

Psalm 146

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:

Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners:

The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous:

The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

Note: I’m glad that He is my friend, and I have been made to realize the utter folly of aggravating Him. Nope, don’t want to go there anymore. Now, does such an attitude represent love or fear?

  1. Fear + Love=Wisdom.
Must be the right kind of fear and the right kind of love.
Do you recall how many were sent running and screaming in the perimeter of the towers on 911 when they came down, they were all covered in dust and ashes?
My nephew was working less than two blocks away on a construction project. He jumped on his motorcycle and fled weaving in and out of a traffic jam on the F.D.R. Drive and yet this massive cloud of dust and hot ashes was bearing down on him the whole time as he fled he kept looking back in horror but there was no escaping it He was covered as well…(food for thought), he will never forget that day although he only received the fallout and not the full tragic blow.
Traumatized, nonetheless to this very day.
